Will my door be damaged?
The aim is always to open without damage, and on most doors that is what happens. Where a lock has failed internally or has been forced, the cylinder may have to be sacrificed and replaced. You are told which situation you are in before any work starts.
Can you cut or copy keys?
No. We do not cut, copy or supply keys of any kind, and we do not work on car keys at all. On vehicles we open doors when the keys are locked inside, and nothing more.
